| INVITATIONS | SENDING INVITATIONS - As soon as you have secured a time and date for you Party, send out your text messages and ask your Guests to put your special Date & Time into their Calendar. Try to personalise the messages with your Guests names etc, if you have a Magician or Entertainment booked, mention it to create excitement for your Party. If you are going to send a reminder a few days before your Party, remember to save the message so you can resend it. | ||

| TIMING | PARTY TIMING - It is all personal choice of course, but it tends to work well to ask your Guests to arrive about 15 minutes before ShowTime, this allows time to exchange a present, get settled in a possible new environment and relax before the Show. | SHOW LAYOUT | SHOW / ROOM LAYOUT - The Show / Room Layout guides for your Show are the same, regardless of whatever Kids Entertainment you are having. The SillybillyParties.ie Entertainers are the very best at what they do. We treat your Show as just that, a Show! With all the same guidelines you would see or expect, if you were to go to a Theatre to see a Show. It is important to remember they are just guidelines. A. The more empty the Room the Better, Kids can sit on the Floor. B. If it is possible remove Toys and Clutter, but if not, don’t worry, just throw a table cloth or a blanket over them. C. No need for heating or radiators as a group of Kids will generate plenty of heat in the room, if you can, open the windows. D. If you are having Refreshments in the same room, (Or even in another room) it is a really good idea to put a table-cloth over them too. It is a better Show if the kids can focus on the Show without other Kids running in and out for treats. If a Child runs out to get a Treat in another room, you can say, we are having the Show now and we are having a feast of Treats & Yummy Food afterwards. So the Best option is to enjoy the Show and have the Treats and Refreshment for afterwards. E. If you have invited other Parents to come and share a nibble or refreshments while the Party is on, it is a good idea to put the Parents in another room, so they can chat and socialise in peace. Otherwise they tend to try to shout over the Show Entertainment to be heard, which makes it harder for the Kids to really enjoy their special Show. F. As your Child receives Presents, it is a good idea to agree with them before hand, that you will put their Presents safely away and that way, your Child will have a really Fun Activity after the Party and everyone has gone home of ‘Opening all of their Presents’. | ||

| WATCHING | WATCHING THE SHOW - Some Parents & Adults can be shy about watching the Show, if you like, come and watch the Show and share in your Child’s Laughter and Fun at the hilarious Show. And if you wish, get some Pictures of a Lifetime of your Kids as happy as they could possibly be. | ||

| TIPS ON PICTURES | TIPS ON PICTURES - We all take countess pictures and they tend to travel around on different devices in the Picture Abyss, never to be seen again… This ‘Tip’ will give you unimaginable Joy over and over again. Your Photos are usually stored in a Photo Program on your Laptop, Computor or Tablet. This will take 5 minutes, but will give you years & years of Happiness. Open your Photo Program or App and set up some folders, you can pick your own, but a safe suggestion is set up a Folder called ‘2021 Family’ and break it into 4 sub folders 1. ‘Birthdays & Halloween’, 2. ‘Holidays’ 3. ‘Christmas’ and 4. ‘Everything Else!’ Then set up exactly the same Folders for ‘2022 Family’ and ‘2023 Family’ etc, And as you take the relevant Photos each year, pop the Photos in their Folders. You can work backwards in Years too, although it will take a little more time to find the old Photos and pop them in their respective Folders, but well worth it…. Looking back over the years at your Families happiest times and seeing their Joy, will allow everyone to re-live those fun times and see the changes each year in Everyone. Also, in time, these folders will provide a Wonderful Treasure Chest of Pictures from each year, for your Kids to enjoy when they are older. | ||
